How long does it take to get my server after I order it?
In some cases your server can be available within 2 hours (ordered between 2pm - 8pm). There are certain factors that may lengthen or shorten the time, i.e. Orders waiting to be setup or in the peak of the business day, but rest assured, when we receive your order we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.

How can FTP into my server?
Here is an example, FTP: For fun and profit. We're going to do this, using changing stuff in your server.cfg as an example.

Here's what we do: Open up Explorer or Internet Explorer, and out of your email, there will be a line that looks like:
ftp://username:password@ip/
Copy and paste it into the location bar of Internet Explorer
